Super glad to meet Nicola at this yoga retreat in Portugal! She was my yoga instructor and masseuse at the retreat and she is very spiritual, peaceful, calm & feminine. I was so impressed by her yoga class as the flow was so smooth that I could easily align the asana effortlessly effort and was totally in a state of meditation. Moreover, Nicola is an amazing Ayurvedic massage therapist! She was like communicating with my body during the massage. Feeling like it was vibrational healing more than a massage! Hope everyone would have a chance to meet this amazing soul. I 100% recommend this retreat!
